A Word From the Founder of Super Empowered Supplements
Hi, I’m Dr. Steven Teagarden. I’m the founder and developer of Super Empowered Supplements, and the author of Healthy Past 100. Healthy Past 100 is a groundbreaking 1000+ page reference book that reviews what’s involved in diminishing disease risk and experiencing optimal health well into advanced age. Supplements Are Needed to Ensure Optimal Nutrition
A crucial topic reviewed in Healthy Past 100 is the need for dietary supplements. Regardless of your diet, supplements are necessary to provide your cells with an abundance of the vitamins and minerals they need each day. It’s All About Getting Micronutrients Into Your Cells
Through years of study, it became clear that the whole point of taking supplements is to get micronutrients into the cells. The name of the supplement game is ensuring that each and every cell in your body absorbs the vitamins and minerals they require. For nutrients to be effective, they must enter the cells. What also became clear is that getting nutrients into the cells is incredibly complex, and numerous factors must be carefully considered to facilitate efficient cellular micronutrient uptake. These include:

From reading tens of thousands of scientific studies, it's abundantly clear that nutritional deficiencies pave the way to declining health and increased disease risk. Of course, the opposite is also true: providing your cells with the required nutrients leads to optimal health, decreasing the risk of many diseases.
The modern world has a perplexing tendency to wait until health issues and diseases develop and then sets out to find cures through various means. While that’s a common and accepted practice, many scientific studies demonstrate that nutrient deficiencies contribute to diseases.
